Four key leaders from Mowi share valuable insights

At AquaNext, one of our key goals is to create strong debates and encourage the sharing of experiences among salmon farmers. No fewer than 14 different aquaculture companies will take the stage during the two-day event. It is important for both AquaNext and the industry that Mowi, the world’s largest salmon farmer, shares its knowledge and experience.

During the Digitalisation Seminar, we will hear from two key people from Mowi. IT Director Arnt Mjøen and Catarina Martens, Director of Sustainability and Technology, will contribute to two different panel discussions.

“Protective Solutions” will be a key topic during the main conference on Wednesday morning. Production Manager Bernhard Østebøvik will take part in an interesting conversation with CEO Sven Gustav Sinkaberg and Basile Bonnemaire, Development Director at Lerøy.

On Tuesday, we will host a dedicated seminar on “Land-Based Aquaculture”. Trond Rosten, Team Leader for Land-Based Aquaculture at Mowi, will join Solveig Nygård and Marit Holmvaag Mehus, Aquaculture Specialist for Smolt at Cermaq, to reflect on the current state of land-based aquaculture. Where do we stand today? What have we succeeded in – and what do they believe will be the key challenges ahead?
