The Norwegian Food Safety Authority will have a strong presence in various debates during AquaNext

CEO Ingunn Midttun Godal has openly accepted the invitation to discuss whether it is possible to foster innovation within public administration.

Under the theme “Spatial Planning – the Mother of All Problems,” we will also meet Director Bård Skjelstad.

On Tuesday, there will be a dedicated digitalisation seminar, where participants will meet Oda Aase Johnsen, Product Manager for Aquaculture.

The following day, there will be a dedicated session on “Fish Welfare and Solutions,” featuring Director for Regulations and Control Inge Erlend Næsset and Head of Section Kasper Løberg Tangen, who will engage in dialogue with the aquaculture industry on the future roadmap.

“We want the industry to perceive the Norwegian Food Safety Authority as forward-leaning, interested in their perspectives, and open about our own,” says Director Bård Skjelstad. “We see AquaNext as an important arena for such dialogue and look forward to contributing.”
