Dedicated seminar on land-based aquaculture at AquaNext!
Land-based aquaculture is undergoing rapid development, and on 22 September AquaNext is dedicating a half day specifically to what may be the industry’s most exciting growth area.
“We are currently working on putting together a professionally strong and inspiring programme for everyone interested in land-based solutions,” says Inger Lise Breivik, Head of Fish Health West at DNV and a member of the conference committee.
A programme combining insight and innovation
The seminar looks ahead to both today’s and tomorrow’s technologies, solutions, and challenges. It will feature:
• expert presentations
• practical case studies
• debates between fish farmers, professional communities, and authorities
• topics reflecting the very latest developments showcased in the exhibition
“We aim to be both visionary and a bit ‘nerdy’—and to really dive deep where needed. This includes, among other things, the ‘hunt for the kidney stone’,” says Breivik.
Tailored by the industry – for the industry
AquaNext has given the committee considerable freedom to design a programme that truly addresses the needs of the sector. In addition to Inger Lise Breivik (DNV), the committee consists of:
– Siri Tømmerås (Akva Group)
– Arne Staveland (Mowi)
– Bjørn Dørum (Mat-kuling)
– Bjarte Sævareid (Baring)
This will be the place to be for everyone working with—or curious about—land-based aquaculture.
Save the date and look forward to a solid, relevant, and inspiring seminar at AquaNext!
